Product info
We are carrying many different brands and manufacturers in our stock. It is impossible for us to give you exact measurements on all items, so please don't e-mail us about measurements unless it's really really necessary.
All clothing are high quality products and professionally screen-printed.
Make to always wash your printed clothes inside out with color proof washing powder, and they will last for as long as you treasure them.
We will also like to inform all customers that some of the colors on the photos may differ slightly from the real product, although we try to make it as close as possible!
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using Norwegian Mail.
This goes for both international and national orders.
This is from our experience the most effective and cost effective method to use.
In-stock items will ship within 48 working hours.
Items not in stock will be shipped in one to two weeks, or as soon as we possibly can.
We strive to have everything in stock at all times, but some items may be sold out for shorter periods.
Shipping time
Depending on destination, the delivery time may take two days to four weeks.
We are not able to specify any shipment time for all countries. It all depends on where you are and how the postal services are in your neck of the woods.
Shipping and Handling Fees
These obviously depend on destination as well.
The fee is carefully calculated from the Norwegian Mail’s price lists and each items weight.
We do not add on any extra for packaging, and shipment, or any other expense we have with sending you your order. We charge only what the mail company charge us.
All shipping costs are clearly added in checkout for your approval before submitting your order.
Customs
Your country may apply some customs and/or duty charges.
Desertpunk do not have any influence over these charges.
If you have any questions about customs and/or duty charges, please contact your local shipping/postal/custom services.
Refund / Return Policy
Products may be exchanges for products of equal value as long as it has not been worn or used, and returned to desertpunk within 10 days of its shipping date.
Be sure to contact us to get our approval before you return anything.
Shipping and handling charges for returned products are non-refundable.
Minimum orders
No minimum orders.
(But for your own benefit, it is probably a good idea to order a few things together, to save shipment costs.)
Forged, fake, bogus, false orders
Credit card fraud or efforts on fraud will be reported to the credit card companies.
This will result in a legal actions by us together with the credit card company.
